Development of the company's operational and control system
Teollisuuskopla Oy has initiated a project aimed at developing the company's operational and management systems to ensure significant growth and the conditions for internationalization. The company's growth will create more jobs and other positive regional economic impacts in Northern Ostrobothnia. The estimated cost of the project is €105,476, and it has received funding of 50% from the Northern Ostrobothnia ELY Center/European Union co-funded JTF fund. The project implementation period is from January 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
ProjektiFlow ERP+: Efficiency in EPC Design and Manufacturing
The aim of the project is to enhance equipment design, manufacturing, and project management with the implementation of a software solution. The operational model enabled by the current enterprise resource planning system does not support the company's ambitions to grow and expand as it stands. The project implementation period is 9/2023-4/2025.
