There was no personnel in the client's own organization to meet this need. We offered a comprehensive turnkey service for the transfer of production, which allowed the project to be implemented as a single entity.
Installation and startup assistance
During the production transfer, the machines were moved and installed in new facilities. Additionally, we assisted with the ramp-up and startup of production in Ii.
